Free workshop on Interviewing for the Job

So....your networking, your resume & cover letter worked and you have a job interview....now what? Topics in this workshop include first impressions, body language and what the questions really mean and how to answer them effectively

Unemployed, under-employed and persons legally entitled to work in Canada are eligible for this workshop.

Join the Nelson Food Cupboard Society at the Hume Hotel for the Hungry Bowls Spring Luncheon Fundraiser.

Come choose a pottery bowl hand-crafted by students of the Kootenay School of the Arts. Select from soups, snacks and desserts for lunch, enjoy the social atmosphere, and then take your bowl home with you.

In addition to having a great lunch and getting a new pottery bowl, this is an opportunity for the community to learn more about the work of the Nelson Food Cupboard Society.
