Charger
Charger is a one year old, orange tabby, neutered male. He is a very outgoing boy who likes to play with his roommates and with toys! Charger is a large cat but not a big eater. His loves to lounge by the window and loves to be petted and scratched behind the ears. Charger would make a great addition to a family as he gets along with every person and animal! If you would like to meet Charger come down the BCSPCA Nelson Branch and check him out!

Meet Waldo and Lenny – a couple of laidback senior citizens
Lenny and Waldo lived together with an older man who passed away just before Christmas, so they came to join us for the holidays. They’re ready to go home now – they just need a home to go to. Both gents are a little reserved at the moment - not surprising given their situation. Lenny is a 14 year old redhead and Waldo is a 13 year old grey-haired fellow – they are both excellent lap warmers and Waldo is a good mouser too. While it would be nice to keep these two gentlemen together, it’s more important that each of them find a new home.
Senior cats make excellent companions – they are well trained, pose no threat to curtains or furniture and generally, just want to be loved. If you think you might be able to provide a home for Waldo or Lenny please stop by Second Chance Animal shelter weekdays between 10am-4pm. You’ll find us at 2124 Ymir Road – right beside Nelson Animal Hospital.
