Hello, I have lived in the Nelson area for more than a decade now. A little about myself.. I am quiet, responsible and considerate. The ideal living situation is a small house outside of town located on the north shore.

I do have pets and understand less than ideal for many landlords however my references are excellent and I am more than willing to provide a pet damage deposit, although I have never had any problems in the past. I would be happy to stay long term and sign yearly leases for the right place and rent.

I have a Case 222 lawn tractor and am looking for a snow blade 42″ to 48″ in reasonable to good condition or a snowblower attachment. I also need bolt on wheel weights and chains.
