Hello, I have lived in the Nelson area for more than a decade now. A little about myself.. I am quiet, responsible and considerate. The ideal living situation is a small house outside of town located on the north shore.

I do have pets and understand less than ideal for many landlords however my references are excellent and I am more than willing to provide a pet damage deposit, although I have never had any problems in the past. I would be happy to stay long term and sign yearly leases for the right place and rent.

Hi there! I am a quiet, respectful, employed (full-time), young woman looking for a place to rent in either Downtown, Uphill, or possibly Fairview. My budget only allows up to $600 incl. everything. I am looking for a self contained place, not sharing common areas, however, sharing laundry is fine. I am a non-smoker, non-partier, I work a lot, and spend most of my free time at my families home.
