Many of our bakeries are traditional, owner operated businesses featuring old world sour dough breads, fresh baguettes, and regional specialties. Wheat, gluten and allergy free baked goods are taken to the gourmet level and local organic ingredients are used whenever they are available.

The search for delicious starts here! Walking down the 300 block of Baker Street, you will notice large windows opening on brightly coloured walls that are hung with local artwork. Inside is the bustle of one of Nelson's favourite meeting and eating places. Stay or take away fresh soups, sandwiches, salads, pizzas or other tasty lunch specials. The organic coffee is locally roasted and juices are made to order. Decadent desserts fill the pastry case and wholesome breads rest on wooden shelves. All of the food is prepared from scratch using mostly organic, often local and alway fresh ingredients. In addition there are wonderful foods throughout the shop for those with special dietary needs. Stop by when you're in town!
