Grounded organic coffee house brings a city look to small town atmosphere together. We pride ourselves on our outstanding products (organic and fair trade) but most importantly on our friendliness and dedication to customer service, with a commitment to our community. We love making our customers feel welcomed and appreciated.

Grounded Mission
Our mission is to serve good quality and organic products that not only taste good but are good for you. We reach out to different local businesses to provide our soups and baked goods to help support the community and focus on freshness. We also compost our coffee grinds to cut back on waste and use environmentally friendly cleaning products.
We work together as a team and develop partnerships with other businesses in the community to help the less fortunate.

Grounded Vision
The success of grounded is measured in our commitment to work with our surrounding community. Westrive to develop beneficial relationships with local businesses and give back as much as possible. We provide a nurturing working environment where employees feel good about their job and enjoy the work they do. When our staff is having fun, we notice the customer experience is much better.

We also introduced a charity fond donated by our tips. 10% of the tips collected are donated to different local charities every month. Recently we held a free community feast on Christmas Eve and served 80 people. It was an extremely rewarding and joyful experience.
