WEDDING VENDORS NEEDED FOR CASTLEGAR’S FALL BRIDAL FAIR-KOOTENAY WEDDING CONNECTIONS

Direct marketing will never be easier, as brides and grooms will be attracted from the West Kootenay to the biggest bridal fair ever.

CASTLEGAR BC – KOOTENAY WEDDING CONNECTIONS is due to hit the Castlegar Community KWC OrganizersComplex on Sunday, October 4, 2009. Organized by local wedding vendors Marni Beninger of Destined To Be Wedding Coordination, Cecilia Olinger of Just Your Style Weddings & Décor Rentals, and Andrea Hughes of Kiss The Bride, Kootenay Wedding Connections is destined to be the best and biggest bridal fair the Kootenay’s have seen in a while! How? you ask? Simply by involving all the best wedding vendors the Kootenay’s have to offer.

Kootenay Wedding Connections is seeking wedding vendors from all areas of the Kootenay region in all areas of expertise pertaining to weddings. And new to bridal fairs in the area, KWC is particularly looking for vendors for The Groom’s Room. The Groom’s Room is just that, everything related to the groom!

“We really wanted to host a Fall bridal fair because most brides and grooms are booking their vendors in the fall for a summer wedding. So why not reach out to them at the time they are looking? We also want to make it an event that the grooms can enjoy as well. We picture a Groom’s Room with everything that speaks to the groom – from info on limos, to rehearsal dinners to men’s formal wear, honeymoon info and of course bridal registries! So much information that it will be the bride’s turn to drag her man away from a table!”

This will be a not for profit event and we would like to donate ticket sales to the local charity The Pura Vida Foundation. Table rentals will cover the cost of the event which will include two separate showcases, catering, fashion shows and workshops. For vendors in the Nelson and surrounding areas, bookings can be made through Marni at 250-505-2454. For Castlegar/Grand Forks areas bookings can be placed through Andrea at 250-304-1901. For vendors in the Trail area & all other areas, bookings can be made through Cecilia at 250-687-1330. If you book your table before August 31, 2009 you can take advantage of a discounted table rate. Please call the above contacts for more information and to book your table!
