Tip of the Week:

As predicted summer 2010 is proving to be extra dramatic with the HST scheduled to come through this week and the sizable opposition to it, the unprecedented BP oil gush disaster with solid solutions not clearly in sight, several countries in Europe claiming bankruptcy, the reheating of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict… Era 2012 is coming to the peak that has been prophesied. But, as mentioned last week, it continues until 2016. So, although the drama is escalating it has far from reached its real peak. As one might imagine, this will really begin in 2012. The focus on this date has largely leaned towards Mayan Astrology and its resurgence. But actually, Western Astrology offers the details of this time period very clearly, in fact I would say better. Here is a quick outline of it: Saturn will form its last opposition aspect to Uranus in late July. Then by early September the final Saturn/Pluto Square will deliver its final blows on any struggling economies in the world before these are resurrected again in a new guise…eventually. Then, the biggest series of powerful aspects in 2012 will begin when Uranus will form the first of 7 Square Aspects to Pluto. This series of powerful aspects will end in 2016! In light of current cycles and events this date can seem far away. But seen from a holistic perspective, as Astrology is so good at doing, they are all part of the package. The good news is that beneath all the corruption and purging that is coming, a spiritual revolution has already taken root and the voice and power of the common person is growing daily.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 20)

Your world is changing and new levels of responsibility are rolling in. This is a good time to take risks. Your commitment levels will increase especially in August. You are willing to make any extra efforts to realize your goals now. A lot of your focus surrounds your home and family and, by extension, your community and country. Aim to see the bigger picture.

Taurus (Apr 20 – May 21)

The world is changing and you are challenged to keep pace. As the sign least inclined to want to change, you may have to make extra efforts. Perhaps you are an exception to this rule. Beyond the big picture, your personal desires are reminding you to pay attention to your priorities. Commit to changes that equal quality of life experiences.

Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21)

If anyone can do two things or be two places at the same time it is you. This is a time when you stand to be getting a lot done yet still have time to play. This work side implies changes close to home, like renovations and the play side implies travel, at least mini adventures. A growing commitment to new levels of freedom is part of the plot.

Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)

Big changes are rocking the world and yours too. This is a good time to make efforts to dig deep and to push through and beyond any blocks and doubts…. These changes are likely affecting your personal and your professional life and your home and family. It is important that you be willing to take some clear, conscious and calculated risks.

Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23)

A grand awakening of some sort is gestating. Opportunities to communicate your message more fully are coming in. Writing, publishing, radio, television, internet, recording studio, a new phone or computer or what ever else might indicate new and exciting modes of expression. Your ambitions are growing; take a simple, effective approach.

Virgo (Aug 24 – Sep 22)

Nurturing friendships new and old is now in focus. You are in the mood to shake it up some how. You feel strong and determined to make a real impact. Returns for better or worse from previous efforts are coming your way. With your power potential growing steadily, you will be able to handle most any challenge that arises.

Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)

Nurturing new ideas about your career, home and community suggests you have a lot on your mind. Who are your real friends is another question. Who do you love and who truly loves you? With the waves of big changes rolling in on relationship fronts you may have reason to rejoice or lament. Either way, work with the changes as they are part of your destiny.

Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)

It would seem that this a time when both must be honoured in equal measure. The time has come to make some important changes in the quality of your overall life style. Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21)

The time has come to clear the old to make way for the new. You are in the process of establishing a whole new foundation. At best, this is a source of inspiration. Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)

Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 19)

A soul searching journey continues. You are close to the end of a long transformational cycle. The next real breakthrough may take a few weeks yet, but it is close. Be willing to view things and your self from a variety of perspectives. Be open and willing to receive guidance and insight from outer sources, yet make efforts to listen to your heart’s voice and heed it above all.

Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)

You are now in a creative cycle. However, as the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, you are wise to direct your energy where it is most needed. This willingness to be of service according to the dictates of situations at hand is a sign of surrender to a higher will.
