Week of March 5, 2010

Tip of the Week:
There are currently five planets in Pisces. The mystery of the two fish swimming is that it symbolizes not only the intuitive and imaginative interaction of the right and left brain, but also the waters of consciousness within which the material world exists. Pisces also is symbolic of the subconscious mind. In this respect, Pisces is the reservoir of all the signs. The subconscious stores all the archetypes, stages and states of consciousness. The more we learn about the subconscious mind the more we discover just how mystical life and we are. For example, where is the subconscious mind? This is a question that has led researches to probe deeply into the brain. Imagine the surprise in discovering that it is actually a field that surrounds and penetrates our body and every cell within it. The ancient understandings of holism redeemed! This discovery is one of the pillars of the new paradigm where science and mysticism are merging. The etheric web is much more mysterious even than the subconscious. Not only does it encompass every person, it actually encompasses everything…in the universe. Like a vast ocean of consciousness within which we live, our understanding of the subconscious produces paradoxes that defy linear logic. That it is a receiving web of higher or inner dimensions of consciousness is a fact that drives material science mad. How dare the universe be more intelligent than us! In the popular environment of “my will be done”, we are determined now to figure out how to control and direct our subconscious so we have and be and do whatever we want. Astrology actually illustrates what constitutes the balance between will and willing, specifically, for each person. Strictly speaking, in its higher expression Pisces is all about mystical communion with divine consciousness.
Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 20)
Dreams, schemes, plans and ambitions are extra active in your thoughts now. With new levels of responsibility on the rise, the challenge to commit is a factor. You would like to feel more clear and confident, but it may not be easy just now. As though you have entered a fog, take it extra slow for a couple of weeks; make your big decisions in spring.
Taurus (Apr 20 – May 21)
Individuals can be unpredictable. Where there is room to make improvements in existing relationships, you will be keen. Some connections you may feel happy to let go of. A lot of decisions may be surrounding your work and lifestyle in general. Renovations of some kind are featured. You want to make some changes and you will probably will…later.
Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21)
For some people, living their dreams is not simply a nice idea, it is a veritable duty. You may be one such person. The danger of thinking too much and worrying about how and why can be an issue. You are in the mood to take some calculated risks. As ready as you are to embark on an adventure, a few key things must change in you and others.
Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)
Visions of change in your public and/or professional life may be both a source of inspiration and anxiety. You are being called to take a more assertive approach. You may feel like you have had your fill of certain relationships anyway. Pulling back and gathering your strength in preparation for a charge when the time is right is a good idea.
Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23)
You may feel extra receptive to all the help you can get now. Returns for past efforts are coming in now and there is reason to believe these are positive ones. You are in the mood to investigate, get answers and facts and perhaps probe some of the deeper mysteries. Financial and/or security concerns and interests will play a role.
Virgo (Aug 24 – Sep 22)
A lot of activity on relationship fronts is keeping you busy. Your popularity may be on the rise. Sharing secrets adds some intrigue. Something special is brewing for you. It stands to activate a diverse array of talents. Confronting inner blocks, doubts and other inner demons is the deeper end. It may take a while for your confidence to rise, but it will.
Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)
Desires to create a more wholesome lifestyle rhythm is in focus. You want to be realistic yet inspired as well. The inspiration may actually be the tough part. Stay focused yet patient as the change of mood and the rise in your feelings of confidence will come, but not necessarily right away. Above all, take extra good care of your health now.
Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)
A creative imaginative cycle continues. You may feel that you are gripped by a vice that requires that you be extra clever to escape. It may be that part of you has had it with the behaviour and attitude of other parts. To overcome this internal battle, you are wise to listen to what you imagine the wiser voice is saying. Push through and beyond old patterns.
Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21)
Something big is shifting and shaking close to home. Is it an awakening, a purging, a new level of confidence? There is reason to believe it is a blessing you cannot deny, dismiss or avoid. Building new alliances is part of the plot. Consider that the first and most important connection is with your own soul. Anchor there and your heart, mind and body will engage as well.
Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)
A flood of inspiring ideas are yours to enjoy. If there is a problem, it is the volume coming in all at once. Rather than let these overwhelm you or battle for your attention, take note so you can consciously organize your thoughts. Do assert your authority where it is appropriate yet exercise full diplomacy because all eyes are on you and people talk.
Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 19)
Building upon new foundations is a central theme now. This includes attaining new knowledge. It also is about getting out of your own way. What are your assumptions? Do you hold yourself back out of a sense of duty or propriety? This is a soul searching time in pursuit of your true power. Consider that if is does not somehow serve a greater good, it is not worth it.
Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)
Asserting a progressive attitude and approach is important now. Your willingness to consider new directions and possibilities of strategic action is ideal. Look to the future with realism balanced by idealism. Some changes in your habitual perception is required. Can you release the grip of appetites that cause you harm? Aim to see and serve a greater ideal and the grip of old habits and attachments will release.
